Ingredients
1 Bunch Kale
2 small red onions sliced 1 tspn Maldive fish
1 chopped green chilli
1 tspn cumin powder Lime juice
Shredded coconut
Method
Wash Kale leaves well and take the stems out. Then chop it very thin(you can use a food processor)and put it into a pan. Now add chopped onions, maildive fish, chopped green chilies, cumin powder and salt to taste. Cook it for a short while in the stove and add shredded coconut and lime juice and mix well.
*To preserve the nutritional values do not cook leaves for a long time
